Are your metal signs weatherproof?
Our metal signs are powder coated for maximum durability that will last for decades! However, if a metal sign is ordered in our Silver finish, it can rust if left in the elements for extended periods of time.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are proudly manufactured and fulfilled in the heart of Louisiana, USA!
Do you accept returns?
Due to our items being personalized and made-on-demand, we are unable to accept any returns.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Contact our support team for any items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered. Please include a photo of the item and we'll arrange a replacement item to be sent out as soon as possible.
